This contract was undertaken in two parts, for two clients, on a negotiated contract. The first part of the project was to undertake the works for the Landlord in preparation for the tenant, whilst the second part was to undertake the construction works required by the tenant to convert the existing building into a pathology laboratory. The contract required outstanding precision of all installations due to the specialist nature of the equipment being fitted.
