We tendered for the initial project to construct a pair of semi-detached homes, and then tendered for the second project to construct the detached chalet bungalow for the same client – being awarded both tenders. All three of the properties utilise Air Source Heat Pumps for the heating and hot water systems, and are connected to a sewage treatment plant.
