We negotiated the contract to refurbish this Grade 2 listed building in the heart of Chichester City Centre. We had to strip out the existing fixtures and fittings, make structural alterations and install a passenger lift as part of these works. Excellent management of this project was necessary due to the location to ensure minimal disruption to the vehicular access around the property and to the health and safety of the pedestrians frequenting the city centre.
